Support for Women 35+

You know how when you're sick and you wish for a magic fairy to bring you soup and you realize that there are no magical fairies and the soup isn't going to taste good anyway so you turn over and try to go back to sleep? What I do is help women find their magical fairy dust. That space where we're empowered and supported (despite the Hot & Flashy side of our out of sync bodies), so that we can get back to our lives and living well.

Too many women are going at this without support ... from personal to professional from doctors to societal. It can feel like everything is stacked against us and our well being suffers, immensely.

I've heard too many stories from women who've stepped back from life at home and at work. Unable to keep up in a meeting because their words are missing. Once I knew what I needed and the dots that needed to be stated, I was able to get medical care. But, that took months and hours of phone calls and more advocating than I ever thought was necessary (and I had done a lot of patient advocacy work before that for loved ones).

I was lied to. I was ignored. I was dismissed. I was told no. I kept going. I had to. I knew that just because my ins
